Italian pasta salad for 150 people

I am having a baby shower and feeding about 150 people. We will be serving four 6 feet long subs and about 150 pieces of chicken with about four main side dishes, is this enough food to feed this amount of people? I am making the italian pasta salad , not sure of how much pasta to buy and italian dressing to put in it? Please help!!! Greatly appreciated!!!

For help with the quantities on the pasta salad, look at any of the pasta salad for 100 recipes on this site.
That is enough food.
