Food Tasting for 300 People

I am currently taking Medical Assistant classes and 1 of my projects is for a Food Tasting from different countries. I are planning to prepare Creamy Fettuccient Alfredo for 300 people. How Can I keep this entre hotwithout the fettuccine getting mushy. Can I make this entre in a crock pot.

Miriam, pasta is a difficult dish for holding, and of all the sauces Alfredo is the hardest to hold. Also, for 300 people you are looking at 4 18 quart roasters, not crock pots, to serve. And no, you can't make it in a crock pot- you will be boiling at least 30 pounds of pasta to make side dish servings for 300. Maybe you want to re-think your choice?
