I'm selling nachos to about 40 people and need to know how much of each ingredient do I need to make these, and still make a profit.
Sue, what recipe/ items are you using? I don't do costs, they vary too much by region and supplier. However, catering costs are usually 3 to 4 times the actual cost of the food.
