I am doing a wedding rehersal for 50 people. We are having BBQ chicken quarters, pulled pork and sliced brisket. How much of each meat do I need since we are haveing 3 choices.

Patsy, how to calculate this yourself is actually explained in detail on the BBQ and brisket page, want to try it?
I would make:
20-25 chicken quarters, cut apart after cooking
20-25 pounds raw brisket
10-12 pounds raw boneless pork shoulder for pulling
When there are three choices like thi for BBQ, people take more meat and some of each. I would use the lower amounts if there are more ladies, the upper if more men and husbads/boyfriends are included in the number.
