Father/Daughter Dance and BBQ
We are having a girl scout father/daughter dance in a couple of weeks and we are expecting approx 150 total. Half will be men and the other half will be girls ranging from age 5 to 18. We were going to serve brisket, potato salad, beans, cornbread and dessert. I saw on a previous post for the sides and how to figure that out my question is how much brisket? Since some of those bring served are small and probably won't each much and we don't want to waste any food. Thanks!
The dads love brisket. I would still do 2 pounds per 5, you would have some left, but not too much.
