I am cooking pork satays with peanut sauce, thai chicken penang curry with jasmin rice,,, can you tell me how much quantities of meat I should allocate, and how many tins of coconut milk.
Linda, you need about 1 pound of raw chicken for each 4-5 plus 1 pound of raw pork for each 4. I can't help with the coconut milk, use the weights of meat to calculate from your own recipes.
