can somebody give me the break down i will need for 10 people. below is the recipe.
Description 10 People Unit of Measure
500g mince turkey
1 onion finely diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 tomatoes, roughly chopped
4 tablespoon tomato puree
1 red pepper, deseeded and cut
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
250g egg lasagne sheets
225g spinach
250g ricotta cheese
4 tablespoon pesto
150ml crème fraiche
125g mozzarella, grated
25g parmesan, grated

Basically, double this recipe will make 10 servings, about a 10x13 pan
