I need to purchase enough turkey deli meat to make 200 sandwiches, how much deli turkey meat would I need to purchase?

3-5 ounces per person depending on the size of the bread/roll and the fatness of the sandwich. As little as 2 ounces is sometimes used, those are thin sandwiches.
