pizza fundraiser
I'm working with a bunch of girls and we're making pizzas for a fundraiser and I have no idea how much toppings to purchase!

We have orders for:
50 sausage pizzas
100 pepperoni
60 canadian bacon
40 plain cheese

We're using 16" crusts. Since it's a fundraiser we won't be overloading the pizzas with toppings but don't want them to look cheap either.

Please help!

Per 10 pizzas-

4 pounds mozzarella, 1/2 pound Parmesan
1 cup sauce per pizza
4 pounds sausage, very thin sliced pepperoni, or 3 pounds ham

Add an extra 4 ounces cheese to the cheese only pizzas.
