Pasta for 200
I was thinking of having a pasta bar for my mother's 50th birthday. I was thinking of serving penne, rotini, whole wheat spaghetti, and linguine for the pastas. And marinara, alfredo, and pesto for the sauces. Plus have broccoli, sliced grilled chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc for toppings. How much of each should I buy?
This is a very big question and will take a few days. I would serve linguine and whole wheat pasta, but tortellini or ravioli or another filled pasta, or maybe a lasagna for the third choice.
