200 to feed at a skating event
I have to come up with a menu to feed 200 people at a skating event. Our budget is limited and abilities to cook are limited.

I am getting 20 precooked chickens cut into 6-8 peices.

Inaddition I was planning to cook and serve
20 lbs of pasta and sauce
20 lbs of greenbeens
20 lbs of rolls
8 lbs of butter.

Does the quanities correct?
Is there anything else you can suggest?

Also, how may foil trays will I need?
