I am getting married June 2nd and we want to have a self catered wedding.. we want to serve fruit, crackers, and cheese... does anyone know how i can get an estimate of how much per person this is going to cost? maybe a calculator?

Eric, what should be served depends on when the service and reception are. This is discussed in my article on planning a self catered event (wedding dinner at the button). The reception is expected to involve a meal unless it is between 2-5 or after 7PM.
These foods are a good choice for appetizers at a full meal, or partial for a light reception in the afternoon. They are not difficult to calculate once you know for sure what food is needed.
