I am serving 300 people and aren't sure how much meat I should buy? I am planning on serving kalua Pork,teriyaki beef,mochiko chicken and beef stew. I am planned on purchasing 150 pounds of pork butt for the kalua pork, 50 pounds of sirloin steak for the teriyaki beef, 60 pounds of chicken thighs for the mochiko chicken and 30 pounds of stew meat for the beef stew. I'm concerned if this will be enough?

This will be plenty, but you will run out of beef and have pork left, unless this is a very unusual crowd. I would do 75-80 pounds of beef and 120 of pork.
