I've made the relish now I am trying to figure out how to figure cost in bulk. So I was wondering how much zucchini I need to make a batch. I used apx. 3 big ones before but wonder if you could tell me by weight how much I would require.

Joel, go to the grocery store and weigh it on the scale. A big zucchini could be anything from 6 inches to 2 feet.
