turkey breast in roaster oven

I have an 8 lb turkey breast that I want to cook in a cooking bag in my 18 quart Bella Cucina roaster oven. There are no recipes with the roaster for me to use as a guide. How long and at what temperature do I roast the turkey. Is butter, salt and pepper enough to season the breast? Thank you.

Do this exactly as you would in the oven. Preheat the roaster, use a rack in the bottom, make sure the bag does not touch the walls. For help, check:
