I am planning a Christmas pot luck buffet supper for 55 adults and 20 kids. We are planning roast beef, roast lamb, turkey and baked ham. Each couple will being either an appetizer, side dish or desert. What weight of each type of meat should we plan for?

Natalie, this is too many meats to get really accurate estimates for this small a group, especially not knowing preferences. I would do a small turkey (10-12 pounds), about the same ham, one large leg of lamb or two small ones, and one full boneless rib roast (about 14 pounds). You will have some left, but everyone wil get his or her first choice.
