How much turkey(pds?)should I cook to serve about 90-100 people, shredded turkey sanwiches? I have an 18 pound turkey now and I am thinking another 18 pound. Would that be enough?

Each pound whole turkey, makes 1 cup meat. You definitely need additional, at least 12 pounds.
