I've printed out your large quantity chili recipes as a starting point. My cooking team needs to feed 80 children and adults for a Sunday evening church supper. We have 2 hours of time to prep and serve. Can we substitute industrial-sized canned beans rather than dried beans for your chili recipes? If so, how many pounds of canned beans would I need, rather than working from scratch?
