How many big canned of green bean and sweet potatoes? How many box of wild rice and stove top? How many box of chicken broth for stove top? How many canned of cranberry sauce? How many bag of rolls? How many bottle of unsweet/sweet tea? For 80 people. Please email me ASAP.

This is obviously a turkey dinner, Look at the planning and shopping article at the top of big pots, it is very specific about food for large turkey dinners. I can't help with Stove Top, don't use it, you can multiply from one box for your own estimate.
You can post your estimates, and I will check them.
For the tea,use the beverage planning page- tea is easy and cheap to make, you need to make 1/2 and 1/2 sweet and unsweet if in the south, 1/3 sweet 2/3 unsweet elsewhere, plus have sweet and low or some other low calorie sweetener and extra sugar available.
