My son is getting married soon and they have sent out 250 invitations to the reception. They want to serve eclairs and cookies. How many should we plan to buy of each?

1 eclair per person (look into the smaller sized ones- you still do one) plus 1 of each type cookie, up to 4 flavors. Get smaller cookies (2" or less), people prefer several small cookies of different flavors over one large.
