do not have enough brisket, what else can I serve?

13 for dinner tonight - brisket 'melted' away so I need additional meat, what else can I serve with the existing brisket? Unfortunately there will not be enough time to cook additional brisket.

Sorry I did not get this. Sausage or chicken are the traditional side dishes. People never expect brisket to shrink almost half, which is what it does...
