Ladies Aux. of local fire dept. is cooking for a wedding party of 275 people. One of their meat choices is Italian sausage, my question is how many pounds of sausage should you order, and how much peppers & onions to go along with it ? Thanks for your help!

1 pound sausage for 5 (for 6 if there are several other meat choices). Equal weight of combined onions and peppers.
