How do I cook 4 brisket in an oven in one day? How early should I start and how do I chop it up?

Usually, this is roasted tightly covered or wrapped in foil. With 2 racks, you should be able to do 2 on each rack. Takes about the same time as just one, once the oven is pre-heated. Cook it until it is very tender, then chop.
