Hors d oeuvers Reception
Ellen, I am doing a reception for 100-125 people and serving heavy hors d oeuvers. Can you tell me how much I would need for the following:
Meat & Cheese platter: sliced roast beef, turkey, ham, swiss, cheddar, provoline cheese with dinner rolls.
Teriyaki Chicken filets
Buffalo tenders
Vegetable tray: celery,carrots,broccoli, tomatoes
Shrimp & Grits
