hello! looking for help (how many apples, how many trays, etc.) to make apple crisp for 100 people... thank you!

The simplest apple crisp is made using apple pie filling- 22 pounds of filling plus about 7 pounds of crumb topping (such as streusel, dry oatmeal cookie mix with butter cut in, etc). Basically, about 3 gallons of filling.
