BBQ Lunch
I am providing lunch for a good customer 100 people that will eat more like 130. I plan to do brisket, ribs, baked beans and potato salad.

I am planning on 6 full briskets, 9 slabs of ribs, 25 pounds of potato salad and 4 large cans cans of beans.

Will this be adequate or overkill?
