Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo for 350
I need to make this for a wedding with 350 guests. How do I know how much noodles to buy, how many gallons of sauce, and how much chicken. This is a mixed group of adults and children.
There is a recipe for an Alfredo style sauce for 100 on the spaghetti page, you would add 20-30 pounds raw boneless chicken for each 100, cooked and cubed or shredded, to get the chicken. This sauce does NOT reheat well.
