mashed potatoes in an elec. roaster for 220 ppl

Last minute suggestions on the best way to prepare mashed potatoes to be served from an electric roaster for a wedding reception? 220 guests have rsvp'd -for this Sat. :)

You can only put about 50 people's worth (20-25 pounds) in one roaster at one time.You need to cover the rest tightly and keep hot in ovens. If you use more than one roaster, be aware that multiples can blow circuits- put each one on a surge protector so when it blows, you don't have to go find the circuit box.

Rice pilaf is easier...

You preheat/reheat the potatoes in the oven before filling the roaster.
