We are having a buffet for my daughters wedding which doesn't include fruit. She would like to have strawberries and blue berries. This would be for 400. So how many strawberries and blueberries?

About 1 quart whole strawberries for 8 people. The blueberries are a problem- they need a dressing (yogurt, half and half, etc) and bowls. Consider just sprinkling a few pints among the strawberries for color.
