Hello, i have a family party and i am buying and cooking the beef sliders. i am going with 3 oz per burger. There are 90 people attending so i was going with 225 sliders in total. How many pounds should i purchase. Thanks

3 ounces per slider is quite big, commercially they are 10 per pound. Splitting the difference, about 25 pounds.
