My granddaughter wants shrimp & grits served at her wedding. How far in advance can you make this and it still be edible? We are going to have to do all the cooking!
The grits can be made ahead if you use one of the baked recipes, but the shrimps have to be made day of- they just don't reheat or hold too well. It is a great dish, though, and she is a lucky bride.
