Fajita party for 40. How much refried Beans, Mexcian Rice Do I need? I need the dried amount before cooking. I have recipes, but not sure of the amount. Thank you

As discussed on the taco bar page, I do 8 pounds dry of rice and of beans for 100, so you want 3 1/2 to 4 pounds each.
