we are having about 55 people over for my sons baptism. How many ribs and chicken thighs do we need. We also will mac and cheese as a side and potatoe salad. Thank yoy so much!

1/2 pound raw ribs and 1 piece of chicken per person, add another 10% if they are heavy eaters.
