I would like to know how many bottles of wine do it take to fill a 7 gallon fountain. I would like to serve my guess wine at my wedding.

A standard bottle holds 750 ml, about 3/4 of a quart, so you will be looking at 5-6 bottles per 1 gallon.

You mention that your wedding colors are brown, green and gold. Gold punches are easy, and an assortment are already listed in the punch thread, along with some discussion about fountains. You want at least 6 and up to 10 gallons per 100. I usually make 8 and have the ingredients for the other 2 available if needed.
