I was asked to make deviled egss for 200 people, how many eggs would I need to buy. I am thinking maybe 300 eggs. What size eggs should I use. Jumbo or Extra large?

There is a recipe for many deviled eggs on site. Jumbo are easier to work with, but if there is a big cost difference, go with the extra large.
I make just 4 1/2 dozen eggs for 100 people, unless it is an entree. 300 eggs would give you 3 halves per person, which is a lot.
