Open Mic Pub Style Graduation Party

I am having a Pub Style Open mic graduation party
menu consisting of 4 different kinds of sliders pulled pork, buffalo chicken, cheese burger and roastbeef also a caesar salad with season chicken to add to it, tossed salad loaded pub fries, individual bags of 3 different kinds of homemade chips Old Bay, Sea Salt and Garlic and herb... Pasta salad Help yourself barrels of popcorn and peanuts, mini eclairs and cream puffs and bit size tirmisu. How many of each slider should I plan on preparing also any other suggestions....

6 sliders per person, unless they are stuffed full, 2 chicken 3 beef (you decide the split), and 1 pork.
You don't say how many people? I allow 3 gallons of pasta salad approximately, per 100, 6-8 pounds of peanut shelled, so about 10 in shell per 100, 1 piece of each dessert per person, 2 bags chips (you will have some left because of the fries). Salad per the plan for 100 table. Fries per the plan for 100 table.
