Huge Frittata
I work in a school and next week it is the office staffs turn to bring breakfast. I am going to make a frittata for about 40 to 50 people. I plan on cutting them in small pieces, like brownies. But I don't know how many eggs to use. The veggies, I can pretty much eyeball it, but I'm not sure about the eggs. Any help?
