Polish Style Dinner

I'm cooking a polish style dinner for approx. 150 people. How much fried chicken should I order & polish sausage should I cook? How any lbs. of mash potatoes, noodles, & green beans?

This is a little hard to estimate, because i don't know whether you are in a big sausage loving ares, but I would do 1 pound of sausage per 3 PLUS 1 piece of chicken per person.
Green beans per the plan for 100.
Because you have both potatoes and noodles, 8-10 pounds dry noodles and about 40 pounds of potatoes; unless you think your crowd will to a full serving of both, this will be plenty.
