Chicken and Fish Fry for 60 people

Hello. I am having a fish and chicken fry with all the fixings. I am getting a 30lb. case of whiting fillets and was wondering how many pounds of chicken I should get and if that is too much or too less of the fish?

That much fish is enough without any chicken. I would do 8 chickens cut into 8 pieces, just one piece of chicken per person.
