60th anniversary party for 90
Ok need to know how much of each to have:
veg's w/spinach dip
fruit platter
Ziti w/meatsauce
roasted chicken
sausage w/peppers and onions
hashbrown cassarole
It is at 5:30pm.
thank you
OK, they will be eating dinner, but at that age the couple and friends are relatively light eaters; I would use the tables for 100 to estimate, but only use 4/5 (80%) of the amount for 100.

veg's w/spinach dip- unless a celebrant requested, I would suggest instead the relish tray for 60 at the top of the veggie tray page; much easier to chew, and folks of that generation like relish trays
fruit platter- see fruit tray page
salad- do only 2/3 the amount for 100- you will probably have some left
Ziti w/meat sauce- 5 pounds dry pasta
roasted chicken- 1 piece per person
sausage w/peppers and onions- 16 pounds sausage
hash brown casserole-, see the festive family brunch article, bottom of the page, do enough for 60
rolls- get good ones, 1 1/2 per person, 2-3 pounds whipped butter
