Mac n cheese

I am making mac n cheese for 125 dinners for a fundraiser. We are having a fish fry- 2 pieces of catfish, slaw, baked beans, mac n cheese and a roll. To save on cost I was wondering if I can used canned cheese sauce plus maybe milk, mustard, tabasco for flavor instead of grated cheese? I was planning on making 12 lbs of macaroni?
Feedback is much appreciated!

Cheddar cheese is cheap at Sam's or Costco. Don't use the canned stuff, it is not tasty. You only need 6-8 pounds sharp cheddar or 10 pounds mild for this batch. See pots.the simple cheese sauce recipe in the mac and cheese recipe on big

Thanks! I will get the Sams cheese. Is 12 lbs macaroni,25lbs baked beans and 30 lbs cole slaw too much?? I was confused with three sides if I should reduce amounts.

You only reduce if you have more than one of the same type, and beans, starch, and slaw/salad are 3 different types.
