Hello,
I am cooking 3 roast with a average of 4 lbs each. What would be the cooking time? Still about 10-15 mins per total cooked pounds or 10-15 mins per 4 lb roast?
Just don't know???

Read the beef roasting page. Time is per weight of one piece.
