I am doing a cub scout banquet for 80 people. I do not know how to figure how much I need for everything. Chicken, sauce, and toppings. We are doing celery, peas, cheese, noddles, pineapple, coconuts, please help Thanks you
Gravy, 1/3 cup per person
4 ounces cooked ready to eat chicken
10 cups, approximately of regular toppings (2 tablespoon servings), 12 of popular almost 3 tablespoons).
Maybe 12 pounds of dry rice for large servings
I am helping purchase food for a youth event for 1000 14 to 18 year olds. I'm having trouble with the quantities of food. I have much the same recipe as Jayna.
Use my numbers for 100 times 10, but increase everything another 10-20%. They eat like locusts...
