Turkey Pot Pie
I want to make Turkey Pot Pie for 35 for an Easter dinner. I figure a 25lb turkey should yeild me enough turkey (6 oz ea). I want to fill small (5-6 inch) bread bowls. My question is how many ounces of vegetables and sauce per serving will I need?
One pound whole chicken or turkey makes about 1 cup of meat. You want about an equal volume of mixed vegetables and an equal volume of gravy.

I would make the turkey ahead, use the carcass o make turkey stock and use the stock to make the gravy.
