Hi, I am planning my wedding reception and trying to figure out how many alcoholic beverages we should order. There is going to be a cash bar available, but we would like to provide keg beer and a sangria punch. I am trying to figure out how many kegs/ sangria punch we will need for 200 guests for a 5-6 hour reception (which would include a cocktail hour in the begining.) Of course, there will also be non-alcoholic punch, soda, and coffee for those that do not drink, but our venue is providing those, so they are figuring out the amounts.

6 gallons sangria per 100, 1 full keg or 2 if heavy beer drinkers
