Hello
Pls advise me as to how many kilos of chicken I require to serve 13 people for a chicken casserole.

1 pound of boneless raw chicken makes 2 cups of meat. 1 pound of whole bone-in chicken makes 1 pound of meat. A lilo is about 2.2-2.3 pounds. Amount you need depends on how much chicken you need to end up with; it will be about 2 whole chickens.
