Roaster Oven Lasagna
I want to make lasagna in my 22 qt. roster oven. How do I do that? I have done it in a crockpot, but I want to know if the roster is different.


You make it is the cook well (the removable pan) You preheat the roaster at least 20 minutes at least 25 degrees higher than you want to cook, turn it down when you insert the lasagna.

You keep the layer 4 inches or less, or the middle won't cook- you can't fill the roaster- so depending on how much you need, you may need 2 roasters.

If you use a crockpot recipe, 200 is low and 300 is high.
