I am having a party of 100 I need to know how many quarts of brushetta is needed, and the proper portion size.

24 count shrimp: how many pounds needed
Meatballs 2ounce each how many pounds needed

Denise, as I have cautioned before, I run this site for family and volunteer cooks, not pro/paid catering. I suggest chef2chef.com and cheftalk.com for pro advice.

I allow 4 shrimp per person for appetizer size portions for this size shrimp. These meatballs are meal sizew, not appie size. I would allow at least 3 per person for a meal, 4 would be better.

All kinds of dips and spreads, I allow 1/4 cup per person unless it is the only one or very popular; for these, I allow 1/3.
