Catering a wedding
Hey I need some help...I'm catering a wedding, and need to know how many pounds of chicken I will need for 225 people...I'm buying the boneless skinless chicken breast whole, and slicing them into 4 thin slices...Help with this math please!
Deidre, covered in the plan for 100 tables. Use 2 1/4 times the amount for 100, if it is the only meat.
