A Decades Sweet 16 Party for my Daughter

I am having a "Decades" themed party for my daughter. There will be about 30-45 people and a majority of them are teenagers. She and her friends have a variety of tastes they like, however there are a few vegetarians. I am on a budget of 3000 dollars at the moment. Beings that the party is based on different era's, what type of foods should I serve? Also, if it helps, it is at 7 and ending at 10 at night.
